We want to share our most useful product design tools with you. We’ve tried a lot of different design tools over the years. This is a collection of the tools we use in most of our projects. They work for us.
Each tool has a specific function and should be used during different phases of development. Each tool explains what you need to do to get the most out of it.
All you need to do is sign up with your email address to receive immediate access to all our tools. We’ll send you a password to access them and will include the Problem Definition Guide in your Welcome email.
We won’t be sending you any newsletters. Just more of our favourite tools.
Define the Problem.
People typically start solving problems before actually defining what it is they are trying to achieve. You know that something is not working the way you want, and you want a solution. Problem definition is used to establish a framework within which you can work to solve your problem.
Write User Stories.
User stories help you to empathise with the people who are going to use your product. Writing user stories forces you to think about how your product will help the people using it do something, achieve some goal.
