Orica was recently recognised in both the Innovation and Product Design categories at the 2019 Hunter Manufacturing Awards. As product design partners, we’re very proud of the work we produced with Orica.
On Orica’s submission in the Product Design category, HMA’s judges noted that “FRAGTrackTM showcases a clearly successful collaboration between Orica, Design Anthology, Newy Ventures, Your Engineer and Robotic Systems. It is great to see such a large firm seeing the benefits in such collaboration.”
“A standout application and deserved winner of the HMA Innovation award” is how HMA’s judges described Orica’s FRAGTrackTM.
Working closely with Orica’s Kurri Kurri “MAD” Research and Development team we created a new vision of the FRAGTrackTM system. We optimised the original design to meet Orica’s clients’ needs, and developed a concept that could be transitioned into a fully commercialised product; FRAGTrack™.
